KINETIC is primarily focused on organisational, operational and business information.

Please do not provide special category or highly sensitive personal data unless it is specifically required for an agreed service and an appropriate lawful basis has been established.

7.Technology and service providers

KINETIC may use trusted third-party technology and service providers to operate its website, applications, systems and services.

8.Sharing personal data

We do not sell your personal data.

14.Automated processing and KINETIC's intelligence systems

KINETIC uses structured methodologies, calculations and technology to support the assessment and analysis of organisational and operational information.

The KINETIC Methodology™, KINETIC Performance Assessment™ and KINETIC Operational Intelligence Engine™ support the generation of operational insights, priorities and recommendations.

These systems are designed to support professional analysis and decision-making rather than to make decisions about individuals.

KINETIC does not currently intend to make decisions about individuals based solely on automated processing where that decision produces legal or similarly significant effects on an individual.

Where automated processing or profiling is used in a way that creates additional obligations under applicable data protection law, KINETIC will provide the information and safeguards required by law.

15.Children's data

KINETIC's website and services are intended for businesses and professional users and are not directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our website.

16.Third-party websites

KINETIC is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of third-party websites.

We recommend reviewing the privacy notice of any third-party website you visit.

17.If you do not provide personal data

In some circumstances, providing personal data may be necessary for us to respond to an enquiry, enter into or perform a contract, or provide a KINETIC service.

Where information is necessary for these purposes and you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to provide the relevant service or respond fully to your request.

Where providing personal data is optional, we will make this clear at the point of collection where appropriate.

18.Changes to this Privacy Notice
